It comes from Iberian pigs with 50% racial purity, fed a controlled diet based on cereals. Its minimum curing period of 18 months provides a mild and balanced flavor, with a juicy texture and a very pleasant fat marbling.
It is a perfect option for preparing a charcuterie board, serving as an appetizer, accompanying a special meal, or always having Iberian shoulder ham ready to eat, without the need to cut a whole piece.
To best enjoy it, it is recommended to remove the packet from the refrigerator a few minutes before opening it and serve it at room temperature, between 18 ºC and 20 ºC, so that the slices recover all their aroma and juiciness.
