At our farm in Valverde, we oversee the process from the birth of each calf, taking care of its feeding, development, and the conditions in which it grows. This control from the source allows us to better understand the product that later reaches your table.
In this collection, you will find selected cuts of beef for grilling, stewing, roasting, or preparing classic recipes: sirloin, T-bone steak, ribeye, fillets, stewing meat, and other cuts expertly prepared by our butchers.
