This Sliced Iberian Cebo Ham 50% Iberian Breed comes in convenient 200 g sachets, thinly sliced and vacuum-packed to preserve its aroma, texture, and juiciness until consumption.
It comes from Iberian pigs with 50% breed purity, fed a controlled diet based on natural cereals. Its minimum curing period of 24 months allows it to develop a smooth, balanced, and persistent flavor, with the characteristic fat marbling of Iberian cebo ham.
It is an ideal option for preparing a charcuterie board, serving as an appetizer, accompanying a special meal, or always having Iberian ham ready to eat, without the need to cut a whole piece.
To best enjoy it, it is recommended to remove the sachet from the refrigerator a few minutes before opening and serve it at room temperature, between 18 ºC and 20 ºC, so that the slices recover their full aroma and texture.
