The 50% Iberian Breed Cebo Iberico Ham, Hand-Carved offers the convenience of a ready-to-eat format with the added value of artisanal carving. Professional hand-carving
Hand-carving allows for more careful slices, with a more natural texture and a better presentation on the plate. By respecting the meat's fibers, a more elegant tasting and a better combination of lean and fat are achieved.
This format is ideal for those looking for a more special presentation without having to use a ham holder or a professional knife at home.
Feeding and quality of cebo ibérico
This ham comes from Iberian pigs fed with selected cereals. This diet provides a smooth flavor profile, pleasant fat, and a juicy texture, ideal for those looking for a balanced and easy-to-enjoy Iberian ham.
The 50% Iberian breed contributes to greater fat marbling and a more flavorful experience compared to conventional white ham.
Traditional curing
The ham has undergone a slow and controlled curing process for a minimum of 24 months. This time allows the piece to develop its aroma, improve its texture, and achieve a balanced flavor.
Once at its optimal point, it is hand-carved and vacuum-packed to preserve its properties until consumption.
Consumption recommendations
To enjoy it at its best, it is recommended to remove the sachet from the refrigerator a few minutes before consuming and let it temper at room temperature, approximately between 18 ºC and 20 ºC.
When the fat begins to look shiny, the slices separate better and release all their aroma.
Open just before serving.
Storage and shelf life
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight.
The shelf life of the vacuum-packed product is 180 days, provided the indicated storage conditions are respected.
