Ibérico Field-Fattened Ham 50% Ibérico Breed Boneless
Boneless 50% Iberian Breed Cebo de Campo Ham
All the flavor of Iberian cebo de campo, in a clean, practical format with maximum yield.
This Boneless 50% Iberian Breed Cebo de Campo Ham comes from Iberian pigs raised in a semi-free-range environment and fed a combination of natural pastures and cereals. This field rearing gives the piece an aromatic, balanced, and more intense flavor than that of a conventional Iberian cebo.
Its minimum curing of 24 months allows the infiltrated fat to slowly integrate into the meat, achieving a soft, juicy texture with the characteristic flavor of cebo de campo Iberian ham.
Being boneless, it is an especially practical option for hospitality, machine slicing, or home consumption, as it facilitates handling the piece and allows for greater use of the product.
