This 50% Iberian Breed Free-Range Acorn-Fed Ham, Hand-Carved comes from Iberian pigs with 50% racial purity, raised in a semi-free-range environment and fed with a combination of natural pastures and cereals.

Its minimum curing period of 24 months allows it to develop a balanced, aromatic, and persistent flavor, with the characteristic juiciness of free-range Iberian ham.

The hand-carving is performed manually by professionals, respecting the texture of the piece and achieving slices with an ideal thickness to better appreciate the aroma, infiltrated fat, and flavor of the ham. This format offers a more refined experience than conventional slicing, perfect for special appetizers, Iberian platters, or moments of uncomplicated enjoyment.

Comes from a selection of pieces slowly cured to develop a balanced, aromatic, and persistent flavor. Its prolonged maturation allows the fat to integrate into the meat and provide a juicy texture, characteristic of free-range Iberian ham.

It is presented in 100g sachets, packaged to preserve the freshness, aroma, and quality of the product until consumption.

To enjoy it at its best, it is recommended to remove the sachet from the refrigerator a few minutes before serving and consume it at an approximate temperature of 18 ºC to 20 ºC.
