Acorn-fed Iberian Ham 50% Iberian Breed
The purest expression of Iberian acorn-fed ham.
This 50% Iberian Breed Acorn-fed Ham comes from pigs with 50% racial purity, raised free-range in the dehesa, fed exclusively with acorns and natural pastures during the montanera season. Its red label certifies the highest quality within the acorn-fed Iberian category.
With a minimum curing period of 36 months in a natural cellar, the ham develops an unmistakable organoleptic profile: infiltrated and shiny fat, a deep acorn aroma, intense flavor with a persistent aftertaste, and a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
Available in four weight ranges—from 8 to 10 kg—and in three formats: whole piece, machine-sliced for convenience, or hand-carved by a master carver for the most authentic experience.
Ideal for special occasions, high-end gourmet gifts, or simply for those who demand the best at their table. It is recommended to serve at room temperature between 20 and 24 ºC.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Shelf life of up to 24 months for a whole piece. Once opened, cover the cut with its own fat and consume within a few weeks.
