Consumption recommendations

To enjoy it at its best, it is recommended to remove the sachet from the refrigerator a few minutes before consumption and let it temper at room temperature, approximately between 18 ºC and 20 ºC.

When the fat begins to look shiny, the ham releases its aromas better and the slices separate more easily.

Open just before serving.

Storage and shelf life

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight.

The shelf life of the vacuum-packed product is 180 days, provided the indicated storage conditions are respected.
